Hi im Eoin McSharry, a proficient Game Developer using successful utilization of the latest technologies to create exciting games and applications while in University. I am a highly energetic, enthusiastic, and committed worker, who is seeking further experiences.

I have a clear eye for detail, innovation, teamwork, and the latest media trends. I am looking for the correct entry point into the industry to learn, grow and work in an area that I am excited to be a part of.

I enjoy making and playing games with my friends in my spare time. I am an Esports player for various fighting games, which also supports my interest in the gaming industry. I create videos projects using various editing skills acquired through self-learning over the years.

Education

First-Class Honors Game Design 2017-2021 Technological University Dublin

My final year modules included a dissertation, the business of games, a major project game, and audio design. The title of my dissertation was “Killer Instinct: The Impact Of Game Balance On The Competitive and Casual Players Within The Fighting Game Community (FGC)”.

Master’s degree in creative digital media & UX 2022- (Currently doing) Technological University Dublin

I am currently doing a masters in UI/UX until November 2023. So far, my modules have honed in on my website/app development, graphic design and game design skills. I have learned the Angular/React frameworks for web development and designing through Figma.
